D, C.E.D.S., is a licensed clinical psychologist who has married the practice of yoga to her healing work for over 30 years. Her passion is helping her clients live more comfortably in their bodies. Working with adolescents and adults, she is dedicated to embracing relational well being across the lifespan, including a special focus on midlife and beyond.

Hope is at the foundation of Karen's work. She helps people to clearly see options and possibilities, to care for themselves more fully, and to imagine what might be to find the courage, strength, and trust to take the first important steps to creating a better life. To be hopeful is to believe that our life story can change for the better. Together, we positively CAN change our lives.

Let's keep a yoga life a sacred, special place to heal and grow and extend our branches to the skies and heavens. Our healing connections provide the tapestry of weaving love, and understanding and kindness, practiced in mutually empowering relationships with others and with one's self.
