We have been providing mental health services for over 27 years, specializing in a wide range of life issues including abuse, substance abuse, and personality disorders. Our expertise encompasses healing relationships, both historical and current conflicts, and empowerment of women. We have worked in various settings, including hospitals, prisons, and private practice. Our goal is to assist clients in individual, couple, and family therapy to heal and grow. We prioritize being present, empathic, and sharing our insights to provide a meaningful intervention. With a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and extensive post-graduate training, we are committed to delivering high-quality services. Our framework combines psychoanalytic, person-oriented, and solution-focused theories to address the complexities of presenting problems. We strive to create a safe and supportive environment for our clients to embark on their therapeutic journey.
