I am a Duke University trained board certified psychiatrist in private psychiatry practice in Nashville, TN. I provide psychiatry, psychotherapy, and medication management services for a broad variety of mental health issues including Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Spectrum Illnesses, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD), Attention Deficit Disorders (ADHD), Sleeping Disorders, Schizophrenia, Addiction, Personality Disorders and Dementia.
Every patient starts with an initial 60 minute evaluation where individual patient needs and treatment goals are established. After the initial evaluation, follow-up appointments are scheduled for 15 minute medication management only or 30-45 minute medication management plus psychotherapy, depending on individual patient needs. I offer comprehensive psychiatric care in a climate where many patients are being reduced to tolerating very long waits and alarmingly brief visits.
My goal is to reserve whatever time is necessary to return my patients to an optimal level of functioning in all aspects of their lives.
