Phone calls will not be returned when a therapist is with a patient.
When the professional staff is unavailable, a message may be left with the secretary or, if she is unavailable, on the 24-hour voice mail.
Every effort will be made to return your call on the same day you make it, except for weekends and holidays.
If you are difficult to reach, please inform us of several times when you will be available.

Many times, mental health benefits under your insurance differ from medical benefits.
To find out your benefit coverage, please call the member services number on the back of your insurance card.
If you need assistance determining your coverage, please contact our office.
We will assist in getting authorizations if needed and will bill your insurance for you.
Medical insurance does not cover forensic (court-ordered) evaluations, as they are not a medical expense.
Any client having testing done at our office is responsible for a one-time fee of $30.00 to cover the materials used for testing.

Dr. Harris will conduct the initial interview and discuss the necessary history to determine the tests required to best evaluate and understand your concerns.
Our psychometrists will guide you through the testing process.

The appointment typically lasts for 1-3 hours.
At the initial appointments, the therapist will discuss your concerns with you and work to develop an effective, individualized treatment plan.
