Sheila is seeing clients in our Sylva office! She approaches counseling from a cognitive behavioral perspective but tailors each session to fit the needs of each individual client.
She offers therapy for ages 11 and up for a range of issues including depression, loss/grief, anxiety, addiction, abuse, relationships, as well as parenting issues and adolescent needs. She offers couples/family counseling, individual therapy, group counseling and support groups for preteens, adolescents and adults. Sheila is passionate about reaching out to and providing therapy for active-duty military, law enforcement, first responders, and their family members too.

Faith C. Cook is a Clinical Psychologist who received her Doctorate from the University of Hartford and her Bachelors from the University of Georgia.
She has years of both personal and professional experience dealing with complicated medical and psychological conditions, as well as working closely with primary medical providers in interdisciplinary settings.
