Our practice delivers evidence-based psychological support designed to help clients create long-lasting improvements in their lives. For those experiencing clinical anxiety, we offer proven therapeutic strategies that promote meaningful and sustainable change.
We assist clients in addressing depression through professional, research-supported psychological treatment delivered with empathy and clinical expertise. Depression may involve persistent sadness, reduced motivation, cognitive difficulties, and functional impairment, often shaped by multiple contributing factors. Our structured therapiessuch as CBT, Behavioural Activation, ACT, and trauma-focused approachesaim to modify unhelpful patterns and support sustainable improvement in mood and daily engagement.
We provide expert psychological care for people experiencing the effects of traumatic incidents, whether isolated or ongoing. Our team assists clients in recognising trauma-related symptoms and the potential development of conditions such as PTSD, adjustment issues, or grief reactions. We utilise well-researched therapeutic frameworks to process difficult memories, reduce distress, and strengthen coping. Our focus remains on meaningful, sustained wellbeing.
We provide comprehensive support for children and adolescents who may be finding this stage of life challenging. Our psychologists deliver evidence-based therapies tailored to individual needs, helping young people strengthen emotional skills and social connections. We maintain a warm and safe clinic environment and work ethically with families. Our services address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and emotional regulation for clients aged eight and older.
We provide professional support for people managing OCD, which may present as intrusive thoughts, urges for symmetry, or fears of harm. Our therapy aims to ease anxiety by helping clients practise exposure in a gradual and safe manner. I had a great experience with Hardwick Psychological Services through Dr Sarah Pollock. I found the listening and unpacking of the issues was transformative for me. Should have engaged with Hardwick years earlier to create a positive outlook and plan forward.

I have been seeing Sascha for years and have been able to navigate through incredibly unpredictable and rapidly changing external environments thanks to Saschas whole human, multi-discipline approach to therapy. Different methods and tools over the years to helped me identify my triggers, reactions & behaviours reflecting on, feeling into and applying more growth focused, healthy responses. Always a journey, and never linear of course, but the work we have done together is sticking and I am grateful for it.
