Are telehealth sessions available?
Secure telehealth sessions are available for Ohio residents and clients in Florida and PSYPACT participating states through encrypted video conferencing.
What are your office hours?
Appointments available Mondays-Thursdays 12:00-7:00 PM ET and Wednesdays-Fridays 12:00-5:00 PM ET with Dr. Cruz-Ortega; availability varies for other providers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Accept credit/debit cards, HSA cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Payment required prior to services through our secure client portal.
