Individual Therapy
Personalized mental health treatment for adults addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Our licensed clinicians create tailored treatment plans using psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed techniques. Sessions focus on improving self-awareness, relationship patterns, and emotional regulation while maintaining a non-judgmental, supportive environment.
Clinical Supervision
Professional development for mental health clinicians through structured supervision sessions. Supervisors provide guidance on clinical cases, theoretical frameworks, and community-specific practices. Sessions focus on enhancing therapeutic skills, ethical decision-making, and cultural competence while meeting licensing board requirements for supervised practice hours.
Trauma-Informed Care
Specialized treatment for trauma survivors using evidence-based modalities like cognitive processing therapy and somatic approaches. Our clinicians address PTSD symptoms, complex trauma, and adverse life experiences while prioritizing safety and empowerment. Treatment integrates mindfulness techniques and grounding practices to help clients manage distress and develop coping strategies.
Psychodynamic Therapy
Long-term therapeutic approach exploring unconscious patterns and past experiences affecting current behavior. Sessions focus on developing self-awareness, understanding relationship dynamics, and resolving internal conflicts. This approach helps clients gain insight into emotional struggles and create lasting behavioral changes through consistent weekly sessions.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Structured, goal-oriented treatment addressing negative thought patterns and behaviors. Clinicians help clients identify cognitive distortions, develop coping strategies, and implement behavioral experiments.
