How are appointments scheduled?
All appointments are scheduled by telephone only at 310-829-4787. Routine calls receive 24-hour response; urgent matters get returned within 4 hours.
What should I bring to the first visit?
Bring current medication lists, prior treatment records, insurance information, and completed rating scales (PHQ-9, ASRS, Mood Disorder Questionnaire) for adults or ADHD Rating Scale for children.
Do you accept insurance?
I provide superbill receipts for out-of-network insurance reimbursement. Payment is due at time of service with check, cash, or credit card.
